Combining breakthrough technology with an easy-to-use online interface, ZuluTails provides a "pet to person" communications portal that allows for speedy unification and keeps your personal information private and up-to-date.

The UPI is a unique, alphanumeric code that is generated when an Account Owner registers their Pet for a ZuluTails membership. The UPI is connected to the Pet's ZuluTails profile. When someone enters the Pet's UPI into the Pet Finder Portal on the "Found a Pet" page, they are directed to the Pet's ZuluTails profile.

Simply scan the QR code lasered on the pet's tag, or click on the Found a Pet button on the ZuluTails homepage and enter the alphanumeric UPI engraved on the pet's tag. ZuluTails will connect you with the pet's personal profile and you'll be able to contact the pet's owner instantly, via our secure, online portal.

Create a ZuluTails Account by clicking Become a Member on the homepage and enter a username and password. You will then be prompted to create your pet(s) ZuluTails membership profile.

To add a pet, login to your ZuluTails account and click "Manage My Pets" under Account Menu. Click "+ Add Pet". To remove a pet, click 'Delete' under the Pet Profile. You will be prompted to confirm your action. Deleting a pet is permanent.

No. ZuluTails does not store or save credit card information.

Zulutails can be used in addition to other devices such as microchips and GPS systems. ZuluTails is simple, non-invasive, and has the ability to work independently or as a compliment to other technologies.

Go to your Account and click "Shop" under the Account Options menu to purchase additional collars and tags.

ZuluTails memberships are valid for 12 months and will automatically renew. Zulutails memberships are valid until you remove your pet memberships from the account.

Yes. The majority of your Pet's ZuluTails membership profile can be changed at any time. The gender and species of a pet are directly associated with their unique UPI and cannot be altered.

No, the UPI is unique to each pet and is non-transferrable.

Tracking information for orders that contain collars can be found in the email associated with your order once it has been shipped. Tracking information is not sent for orders that only contain tags. For more information please contact us at membershipsupport@zulutails.com.

No. ZuluTails does not support the use of our Universal Pet Identifier™ for exotic animals.

You do not have to purchase a ZuluTails collar or tag. However, it is your responsibility to attach your Pet's Universal Pet Identifier™ (UPI) to your pet for your pet to receive the full benefits of their ZuluTails Membership.
