ZuluTails is an innovative technology that quickly connects pet owners with pet finders when a pet is missing. All of our ZuluTails team members have experienced the impact of a lost pet or reunited a lost pet with its family. ZuluTails has an innovative, global, and simple web application that recovers lost pets. This has a meaningful impact on pet owners, furry friends, families, and their communities.

The UPI is a unique, alphanumeric code that is generated when an Account Owner registers their Pet for a ZuluTails membership. The UPI is connected to the Pet's ZuluTails profile. When someone enters the Pet's UPI into the Pet Finder Portal on the "Found a Pet" page, they are directed to the Pet's ZuluTails profile.

Click the "Found a Pet" link on the ZuluTails Homepage. Enter the 7 digit ZuluTails Universal Pet Identifier® UPI that is printed on the collar or engraved onto the tag. You will have the opportunity to enter your name, phone number, and email address. ZuluTails will send your provided information to the owner so you can make arrangements to return the collar or tag.

The ZuluTails UPI is the alphanumeric code located next to the D ring on the collar.

Create a ZuluTails Account by clicking "Become a Member" on the homepage and submit all required information. After you verify your email address, log into your ZuluTails account, and begin creating your Pet(s) ZuluTails membership profile.

To add a pet, login to your ZuluTails account and click "Manage My Pets" under Account Menu. Click "+ Add Pet," and you will be prompted to complete a profile for your new pet at a discounted rate. To remove a pet, click 'Delete' under the Pet Profile and confirm your deletion. Deleting a pet is permanent.

We provide a 90-Day satisfaction guarantee. Pet memberships canceled within 90 days from purchase will receive a full refund. If you have additional questions, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

No. ZuluTails does not store or save credit card information.

ZuluTails' Universal Pet Identifier® (UPI) can be used with other devices such as microchips and GPS systems. However, ZuluTails is simple, non-invasive, and has the ability to work independently of other technologies.

ZuluTails supports organizations that share our passion for saving, and improving the well-being and livelihood of all animals.

You can purchase additional ZuluTails collars and tags by clicking the "Shop" page under the Account Options menu. The ZuluTails collar and tag purchase pages link can also be found in the "Manage Pet Membership(s)" page under the Account Options menu.

Yes. ZuluTails takes great care to ensure our collars and tags quality, so they are safe and non-invasive for your pet.

If you don't see the color or size product you would like to purchase, please let us know at membershipsupport@zulutails.com. We appreciate the feedback and will consider it when deciding on future product variations.

You can reset your password by clicking "Forgot Password" on the Account Login page. After you have entered the email associated with your ZuluTails account, you will receive an email from noreply@zulutails.com that includes instructions on how to change your password. The link included within this email will only be valid for 24 hours. You can also reset your password by logging into your ZuluTails account and clicking "Change Password" under the Account Options menu.

Login to your ZuluTails account and click "Edit Account Information" under the Account Options Menu. This page will allow you to edit your phone number, email address, and preferred charity.

Login to your ZuluTails account, and click "ZuluTails Account" under the Account Options menu. Click "Payment Methods," and you will be redirected to "Billing," where you will be able to edit your billing information.

ZuluTails memberships are valid for 12 months and will automatically renew. You will receive an email before your automatic renewal date.

ZuluTails offers discounted rates for adding multiple pets to your account. Please refer to our membership benefits page for pricing details. If you have any questions regarding pricing, contact membershipsupport@zulutails.com.

Login to your ZuluTails account and click "Manage Pet Membership(s)" under the Account Menu. Find the pet whose information you would like to alter and click "edit." This will direct you to your pet's profile page.

Yes. The majority of your pet's ZuluTails membership profile can be changed at any time, except for the species and sex. The species and gender of a pet are directly associated with the assigned UPI and cannot be altered.

No, the UPI is unique to each pet and is non-transferrable.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Most customers will receive their order in 5-7 business days. For further information, please see our shipping policy located under "Company" at the bottom of the website.

We provide tracking information for orders that contain collars. Tracking numbers are not sent for Membership or tag orders. We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once it has been shipped. If you have not received your tracking information for your collar order after 5-7 business days, please contact us at membershipsupport@zulutails.com.

We apologize if your ZuluTails products arrive damaged. Please contact membershipsupport@zulutails.com and include a photograph of the damaged product(s).

Please reach out to the shipping carrier and refer to the ZuluTails shipping confirmation email's tracking number.

No. ZuluTails does not support the use of our Universal Pet Identifier® for exotic animals.

You do not have to purchase a ZuluTails collar or tag. However, it is your responsibility to attach your Pet's Universal Pet Identifier® (UPI) to your pet for your pet to receive the full benefits of their ZuluTails Membership.

Coupon code can be applied at "Check Out" for a discount on the pet membership. Coupon codes do not provide any discount for products.

Gifting ZuluTails memberships is not yet available at this time.
